After contacting me, click on this link to get “Your ID Number” and then click on the Start working with Ammyy Admin button and follow the directions.
If the you are using the service for the first time, you will be asked to install an a small file. Click on “Save” and then “Run”
Once these steps have been completed, you will receive a generated 7-digit number (Your ID). You must communicate this number to Terry.
Once I get the Your Id Number, I’ll be able to view your computer screen. If I need to control your mouse, you have the option to give me that approval. You are in control of the access you allow to me. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
Technical Support fees are $45.00 per hour billed on 1/4 hour increments with a 1/4 hour minimum.
